Fiók és bejelentkezés. A Google-lal jelentkeztek be; ehhez tároljuk a Google-fiókotok azonosítóját, e-mail címét és nevét (titkosítva). Alap: a szolgáltatás nyújtása, amit kértetek (GDPR 6. cikk (1) b)).
A család és a gyerekek adatai. Amit a beállításoknál megadtok: a gyerekek keresztneve, születési éve és hónapja, a szereplők, a nyitó és záró formula, az álomalak, a lefekvési rítus, és hogy nektek mi a jó egy mesében. A gyerekeknek nincs fiókjuk; az adataikat szülőként ti adjátok meg, hogy a mese hozzájuk szóljon. Alap: 6. cikk (1) b).
A mesék és a visszajelzések. Minden mesét megőrzünk: a szövegét, a szerkezetét, az ellenőrzések eredményét, és hogy mit jeleztetek vissza róla. Ebből tudjátok visszaolvasni őket, és ebből tanul a módszer. Alap: 6. cikk (1) b).
A „mi történt ma?" mező. Nem kötelező. Amit ide írtok, azt nem tároljuk. Titkosított kapcsolaton elküldjük az Anthropicnak, először annak eldöntésére, hogy a nap nem túl nehéz-e egy esti meséhez, aztán hogy három ötletet adjon belőle a meséhez. Ha újakat kértek, újra elküldjük, ugyanígy. Nálunk csak néhány kulcsszó marad (például hogy a nap egy ijedségről szólt-e) és a választott ötlet, ami sosem maga az esemény. Ha a szöveg egészségre vagy más különleges adatra utal, azt a ti kifejezett hozzájárulásotokkal kezeljük (9. cikk (2) a)), amit a mező kitöltésével adtok meg, és amit a mező üresen hagyásával bármikor elkerülhettek.
Várólista. Ha a honlapon megadjátok az e-mail címeteket: a címet, a nyelvet, a feliratkozás dátumát, és hogy melyik szövegű hozzájárulást adtátok. Kizárólag arra használjuk, hogy szóljunk, amikor Lampi mindenki számára elindul. Alap: hozzájárulás (6. cikk (1) a)), amit bármikor visszavonhattok.
Működési adatok. Elszámolás (összegek, tokenszámok, tartalom nélkül), naplók és egy napló arról, ki mikor olvasott el egy mesét (azonosítók, tartalom nélkül). Alap: jogos érdek a biztonságos működéshez (6. cikk (1) f)), illetve jogi kötelezettség a számviteli adatoknál (6. cikk (1) c)).
Az adatokat nem adjuk el, és nem használjuk reklámra.

Ha kiléptek, 14 napig bármikor meggondolhatjátok magatokat. Utána egyszer felajánljuk a mesék exportját, majd a családotok kulcsa megsemmisül. Onnantól az adatok senki számára nem olvashatók, a mentésekben sem.
Minden kapcsolat titkosított. A családi adatokat családonként külön kulccsal titkosítjuk, a várólista címeit külön kulccsal. A kulcsokat egy mesterkulcs védi, amelyet rendszeresen cserélünk.
Két automatikus ellenőrzés fut: az egyik eldönti, hogy a nap leírásából lehet-e mesét írni, a másik, hogy a kész mese megfelel-e a módszer szabályainak. Egyiknek sincs rátok nézve jogi vagy hasonlóan jelentős hatása. Legrosszabb esetben egy mese nem készül el, és kérhettek egy újat.
Kérhetitek, hogy megmutassuk, milyen adatot kezelünk rólatok, hogy kijavítsuk vagy töröljük, hogy korlátozzuk a kezelését, vagy hogy kiadjuk a meséiteket. Tiltakozhattok a jogos érdeken alapuló kezelés ellen, és bármikor visszavonhatjátok a hozzájárulásotokat. Ez nem érinti a visszavonás előtti kezelést. Írjatok a daniel.vattay@mountainsight.consulting címre; egy hónapon belül válaszolunk.
Panasszal fordulhattok a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatósághoz (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; www.naih.hu), vagy bírósághoz.
Egyetlen sütit használunk, bejelentkezés után, hogy bejelentkezve maradjatok. Nincs analitika és nincs követés. A betűtípusokat is magunk szolgáljuk ki, így az oldal megnyitásakor semmilyen harmadik fél nem kap adatot rólatok.

Account and sign-in. You sign in with Google; we store your Google account's identifier, email address and name (encrypted). Basis: providing the service you asked for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Your family and your children. What you enter in Settings: your children's first names, birth year and month, characters, your opening and closing formulas, dream figure, bedtime ritual, and what you enjoy in a tale. Children have no accounts; you provide their details as their parent so the tale fits them. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b).
Tales and feedback. We keep every tale: its text, its structure, the results of its checks, and the feedback you give. That's how you read them back and how the method improves. Basis: Art. 6(1)(b).
The "what happened today?" field. Optional. We don't store what you write there. It goes, encrypted, to Anthropic: first to decide whether the day is too heavy for a bedtime story, then to turn it into three ideas for the tale. If you ask for more ideas, it's sent again, the same way. All we keep is a few tags (e.g., whether the day involved a fright) and the idea you picked, which is never the event itself. If what you write touches on health or other special-category data, we process it on your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a)), given by filling in the field and avoided any time by leaving it empty.
Waitlist. If you leave your email on the website: the address, your language, the sign-up date, and which consent wording you agreed to. Used only to tell you when Lampi opens to everyone. Basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
Operational data. Accounting records (amounts and token counts, no content), logs, and a record of who read a tale when (identifiers only, no content). Basis: legitimate interest in running the service securely (Art. 6(1)(f)); legal obligation for accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

If you leave, you can change your mind for 14 days. After that we offer a one-time export of your tales, then destroy your family's key. From that moment the data can't be read by anyone, including in backups.
Every connection is encrypted. Family data is encrypted with a separate key per family, and waitlist addresses with their own key. The keys are protected by a master key that we rotate regularly.
Two automatic checks run. One decides whether a day's description can become a tale; the other checks whether a finished tale follows the method's rules. Neither has any legal or similarly significant effect on you. At worst a tale isn't produced, and you can ask for a new one.
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict its use, or to receive your tales. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal doesn't affect processing before it. You can complain to the Hungarian supervisory authority, the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11; www.naih.hu), to the authority where you live, or to a court.

Konto und Anmeldung. Ihr meldet euch mit Google an; wir speichern die Kennung eures Google-Kontos, E-Mail-Adresse und Namen (verschlüsselt). Grundlage: Erbringung des gewünschten Dienstes (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
Familie und Kinder. Was ihr in den Einstellungen eingebt: Vornamen, Geburtsjahr und -monat der Kinder, Figuren, Anfangs- und Schlussformel, Traumfigur, Zubettgeh-Ritual und was euch an einer Geschichte Freude macht. Kinder haben kein Konto; ihr gebt ihre Angaben als Eltern an, damit die Geschichte zu ihnen passt. Grundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b.
Geschichten und Rückmeldungen. Wir bewahren jede Geschichte auf: Text, Aufbau, Prüfergebnisse und eure Rückmeldung. So könnt ihr sie wieder lesen, und so lernt die Methode. Grundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b.
Das Feld „Was ist heute passiert?". Freiwillig. Was ihr dort schreibt, speichern wir nicht. Es geht verschlüsselt an Anthropic: zuerst, um zu entscheiden, ob der Tag zu schwer für eine Gutenachtgeschichte ist, dann, um daraus drei Ideen für die Geschichte zu machen. Bittet ihr um neue Ideen, wird es noch einmal genauso gesendet. Bei uns bleiben nur ein paar Stichworte (z. B. ob der Tag einen Schreck enthielt) und die gewählte Idee, die nie das Ereignis selbst ist. Berührt der Text Gesundheitsdaten oder andere besondere Kategorien, verarbeiten wir sie mit eurer ausdrücklichen Einwilligung (Art. 9 Abs. 2 lit. a). Ihr gebt sie durch das Ausfüllen des Feldes und könnt sie jederzeit vermeiden, indem ihr es leer lasst.
Warteliste. Wenn ihr auf der Website eure E-Mail-Adresse hinterlasst: die Adresse, eure Sprache, das Anmeldedatum und welcher Einwilligungstext es war. Nur um euch zu benachrichtigen, wenn Lampi für alle startet. Grundlage: Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a), jederzeit widerrufbar.
Betriebsdaten. Abrechnungsdaten (Beträge und Token-Zahlen, keine Inhalte), Protokolle und ein Protokoll darüber, wer wann eine Geschichte gelesen hat (nur Kennungen, keine Inhalte). Grundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an einem sicheren Betrieb (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f); rechtliche Verpflichtung bei Buchhaltungsdaten (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c).
Wir verkaufen keine Daten und nutzen sie nicht für Werbung.

Wenn ihr aussteigt, könnt ihr es euch 14 Tage lang anders überlegen. Danach bieten wir einmalig einen Export eurer Geschichten an und vernichten dann den Schlüssel eurer Familie. Ab diesem Moment kann niemand die Daten mehr lesen, auch nicht in Backups.
Jede Verbindung ist verschlüsselt. Familiendaten werden pro Familie mit einem eigenen Schlüssel verschlüsselt, Wartelisten-Adressen mit einem eigenen Schlüssel. Die Schlüssel schützt ein Hauptschlüssel, den wir regelmäßig wechseln.
Zwei automatische Prüfungen laufen. Eine entscheidet, ob aus der Beschreibung eines Tages eine Geschichte werden kann, die andere, ob eine fertige Geschichte den Regeln der Methode folgt. Keine hat eine rechtliche oder ähnlich erhebliche Wirkung. Schlimmstenfalls entsteht eine Geschichte nicht, und ihr könnt eine neue anfordern.
Ihr könnt Auskunft über eure Daten verlangen, sie berichtigen oder löschen lassen, ihre Verarbeitung einschränken lassen oder eure Geschichten herausverlangen. Ihr könnt der Verarbeitung aus berechtigtem Interesse widersprechen und Einwilligungen jederzeit widerrufen; das berührt die Verarbeitung vor dem Widerruf nicht.
